Many light experiences ask a building to become a show. Light of Stars takes a different approach. The installation is suspended above normal activity, adding a new layer of wonder while keeping sightlines, architecture and everyday use at the heart of the experience.

Bath Abbey, 2024/25
Proven in a building that matters.
At Bath Abbey, Light of Stars became part of the building through Advent and into the New Year. The installation was visible during ordinary opening hours and provided an atmospheric setting for services, concerts and the Abbey's wider seasonal programme.
Rather than hiding the historic interior, the stars drew the eye upwards through the nave, working with the architecture and stained glass around them.

This winter
Light of Stars at Leicester Cathedral.
In autumn and winter 2026, Leicester Cathedral will become the next home of Light of Stars. The installation will sit at the centre of a programme spanning daytime visits, services, talks, music, film, dance, community events and seasonal experiences.
It demonstrates what Light of Stars can become when the installation is treated not as a single event, but as a visual thread connecting different audiences and activities across a whole season.
